There is a path that is right. Matthew 7:13-14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the WAY, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
This woman wanted to touch just the hem of Jesus garment. In Matthew 9:20 And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:
v.21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.
v.22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; THY FAITH HATH MADE THEE WHOLE. And the woman was made whole from that hour.
God heals today, we have seen the many genuine healings that have been granted by him. However, we are going to show the error of the Word of Faith teachings of today in this group. This group will explain why the Word of Faith teaching is not allowed on this site.
WORD OF FAITH and their objective.
John 2:13-16 King James Version (KJV) 13 And the Jews' passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 14 And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: 15 And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables; 16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise.
WORD OF FAITH presumptuous belief system: Not based on GOD'S WORD OR HIS WILL. Man telling God what to do, with demands. Overconfidence in a false presumptuous kind of faith.
Post by Aletha Swanson: "And through covetousness shall they with FEIGNED words MAKE MERCHANDISE of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not." 2 Peter 2:3 “If anyone teaches false doctrines and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching, he is conceited and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy interest in controversies and quarrels about words that result in envy, strife, malicious talk, evil suspicions and constant friction between men of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain” (1 Timothy 6:3-5; NIV). One of Paul’s definitions for a false teacher is someone who sees godliness as a moneymaking operation.
